1. Zoom on the individual charging station

By clicking on the numbered dots, you can access the individual charging station. 

3. Start charging and connect the cable

After successfully reserving the payment amount, start the charging session and connect the cable. Charging will begin. You have 5 minutes to start the charging and click the button; if charging doesn’t start within this time frame, we will cancel your order and refund your money. 

5. Check the invoice

When you stop charging, you can view the order summary.

2. Choose connector

You can now view the details of the station and select the most suitable connector for your car. If you are not logged in, log into your account or enter your email address. 

4. Watch the continuous state of charging

If the communication with the station is successful, the details will be displayed, showing the amount due and the kWh charged. If you don’t wish to use the entire limit, you can stop the charging.
